Horses are gentle giants who are one of the most sensitive and receptive beings on the planet. They have the ability to sense and respond honestly to the world around them. This ability to witness honestly and respond with respect is a powerful healing process that will not only offer you a one of a kind connection, but also create deep re-centering with self, in whatever capacity you may be searching for.

Meditative Rides

Did you know that just a few minutes of deep breathing can significantly lower the feelings of anxiety?

It can also lower stress and increase emotional regulation. This 45 minute meditation ride is a one of a kind approach to centering both body and mind, all while connecting deeply with self and horse. This class is a mix of grounded pranayama (deep breathing techniques), and guided meditation on horseback. We start on the ground, tapping into our bodies and warming up our limbs, then we move into the saddle and dive deep within. This experience will help you create a state of calm bliss, and leave you with simple techniques to help combat the daily stresses of life.

Horseback yoga

This hour long, private and customized, session is perfect for anyone looking to work through physical or emotional blocks through both body movement, and horseback riding. This is a unique approach to healing the body and mind together, all while connecting with horses. We start on the ground, warming up our lower limbs and then make our way into the saddle for some deeper stretches and slow flow with the horse under you. This process is meant to take you out of the mind and completely into the body, where we often hold onto old behaviors and emotions. There, you work beside 2 coaches, a yoga and body coach, and an equine specialist, to heal what comes up and build confidence in yourself moving forward.
