Ayurvedic Nepali
Ayurvedic Nepali massage is a gift from the sacred mountains of the Himalayas. To date, there are only 2 schools in the nation that are able to teach this style.
This is a deeply energetic, full body massage focusing on relieving body tension from the inside out. This style of massage focuses in on the lower, less known chakras below the root chakra.
Ayurvedic Nepali massage offers healing on both a physical and soul level, creating a beautiful balance for clients to both relax and heal all at the same time.

Deep Tissue
Deep doesn’t have to mean painful. This technique is often times misunderstood. Deep tissue massage at Wild Pine Wellness is an offering of both deep muscle and myofascial release.
The process of this massage is slow and powerful, working with the body to move fascia, making space to move into the deeper layers of muscle that lie underneath the main muscle groups that are typically focused on in massage.
Our bodies are an intricate webbing and with the hard work our bodies do for us every day, the webbing can begin to stick in places it doesn’t belong, making us feel tight or tense.
This intentional process targets specific muscle groups encouraging them to let go of the deep tension building up and guiding your body back to homeostasis.

Restorative Massage
Restorative Massage is a slow, nurturing style of bodywork designed to calm the nervous system and gently release tension.
Instead of forceful pressure, this session uses warm holds, rhythmic strokes, and intentional stillness to help your body shift out of stress mode and into deep relaxation. It’s ideal for overwhelm, burnout, chronic tension, emotional heaviness, or anyone who prefers a soothing, trauma-aware approach.
This style works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s repair state. Research shows that restorative massage can lower cortisol, increase oxytocin, improve heart-rate variability (HRV), and support lymphatic flow. As the vagus nerve settles, muscles soften naturally, breathing deepens, and the mind becomes clearer and more grounded.
Many clients describe this session as a full-system reset. It helps regulate emotions, ease physical discomfort, and restore a sense of calm presence. If your body is craving softness, steadiness, and safety, restorative massage offers a peaceful return to center.

Somatic Bodywork
For those unwinding trauma, stress, or chronic tension.

This session blends gentle touch, breath cues, and guided awareness to help your body unwind layers of stored stress. Rather than “fixing” the body, somatic bodywork works with the nervous system, helping you reconnect to sensations, safety, and your body’s natural self-regulating ability. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more present afterward.

Ideal for people recovering from trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or chronic tension patterns.

Craniosacral Therapy
Light-touch work that shifts the body into deep parasympathetic healing.

A subtle, deeply restorative modality that uses soft, precise holds to release restrictions in the craniosacral system — the head, spine, and sacrum. This work helps regulate the nervous system, support sleep, ease headaches or jaw tension, and bring the entire body into a state of quiet balance.
Most clients experience profound stillness, emotional clarity, and a gentle “reset” of the mind and body.

Perfect for highly sensitive individuals or anyone seeking a non-invasive approach to healing.

Reiki & Energy Balancing
Support for emotional processing, grounding, and energetic coherence.

Reiki invites the body back into harmony. Through light touch or hands-off energy work, this session helps clear stuck or heavy emotional energy, calm the nervous system, and open space for clarity and intuition. Each session is attuned to your unique needs — whether that’s grounding, emotional release, or spiritual connection.

You may choose to receive Reiki:
• On the table indoors
• On a floor mat for deeper grounding
• Outside in the pasture with the horses nearby (a powerful and soothing option)
A beautiful choice for those seeking emotional integration or spiritual nourishment.

Intuitive Movement & Stretch Therapy
For those craving openness, expression, and deeper mind–body connection.

This category brings together gentle yet transformative movement practices that help the body unwind tension, express emotion, and return to fluidity. Each session is tailored to the individual, designed to meet you exactly where you are , physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Choose from the following styles or let your practitioner blend them intuitively:

Intuitive Movement
A guided, instinct-led exploration of how your body wants to move.
This may include gentle swaying, micro-movements, or flowing patterns that help release emotional tension, unlock stuck energy, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

Perfect for anyone seeking embodied expression, nervous system regulation, or a deeper sense of freedom in movement.

Embodied Dance
A playful, expressive option for those drawn to creative movement.
Embodied dance invites the body to speak through spontaneous, guided motion — softening armor, freeing stuck emotions, and cultivating joy, confidence, and presence.
No experience required; you cannot “do this wrong.”

Stretch Therapy
Long, supported stretches that target deeply held tension patterns.
These sessions help improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and support emotional release through fascia and muscle opening.
Ideal for those experiencing stiffness, chronic tightness, or stress stored in the body.
Areas of focus may include hips, low back, shoulders, neck, or full-body restoration.

Yoga (Restorative • Yin • Kundalini)
A gentle, trauma-sensitive approach to yoga that adapts to your needs:

Restorative — deeply relaxing, supported poses that soothe the nervous system
Yin — long holds that release fascia and emotional tension
Kundalini — breathwork, mantra, and movement to activate clarity + inner strength

These sessions can be slow, meditative, energizing, or deeply nurturing .... always tailored to the moment.
