Led by Horses. Held by Nature

Where the land, the herd, and your nervous system meet

Equine-Guided
Somatic Session

A grounded, therapeutic experience where you engage with the herd through breathwork, intention, and somatic awareness.

These sessions gently explore themes such as trust, boundaries, clarity, embodied confidence, and emotional release.

With the horses offering real-time energetic feedback, you’ll discover how your body communicates long before your words do.

Research shows that working with horses can lower cortisol levels and heart rate, promoting parasympathetic nervous-system activation. Participants often report improved emotional regulation and reduced anxiety after just one session. Horses provide real-time energetic feedback, allowing humans to practice embodied emotional intelligence.

Horseback Meditation Rides

A slow, scenic, presence-filled horseback journey designed to quiet the mind and soften the heart.

You’ll ride to two sacred viewpoints:

• a river lookout for grounding + breathwork
• a waterfall overlook for reflection + clarity

Studies on equine-assisted activities demonstrate significant reductions in stress and improvements in mood. Rhythmic movement from riding can increase vagal tone, enhancing emotional resilience and fostering mindfulness.

Did you know we offer public meditation rides the 1st Monday of every month? Check out our next ride on our events page!

Drum Circle
With the Herd

A grounding, rhythmic gathering within safe proximity of the horses.

The shared resonance of drums and herd presence supports:

emotional release
• nervous-system regulation
• group cohesion

Group drumming has been shown to reduce stress and increase social bonding via oxytocin release. When combined with the herd’s calming presence, participants experience heightened physiological coherence.

Song Circle with Horses

Sing outside with the birds, the trees, and the gentle rustle of nature as your companions.

Hold all of nature’s sounds with yours, weaving together traditional fire songs, flowing into original melodies, and absorbing the resonance around you. The herd listens, mirrors, and harmonizes with your energy, amplifying the sense of release, connection, and grounding.

Singing and vocal toning stimulate the vagus nerve, lowers heart rate, and releases oxytocin, promoting relaxation and emotional attunement. Combined with the presence of the herd, the experience deepens social bonding, embodied awareness, and nervous-system balance.

Horse-Fire Ceremony

Gather by the river, surrounded by the herd, held by the land and the people you choose to journey with.

Choose an intention and be guided through a ceremony woven with care: fire gazing, burning rituals, journaling, meditation, and inner journeying. The crackle of the flames, the scent of pine, and the quiet presence of the horses create a space to release what no longer serves and call in what you wish to cultivate.

Did you know that fire-focused rituals and meditative gazing have been shown to enhance focus, emotional processing, and intentionality? All while the herd’s presence provides real-time energetic feedback to support nervous-system regulation.
