Burnout to breakthrough Begins with one Little Step

...First it was animals
My journey in veterinary medicine began in 2010 as a technician, where I quickly came to understand the heart, grit, and resilience it takes to thrive in this field. After stepping into leadership as a practice manager and later working with over 300 veterinary hospitals as a Zoetis Pet Care representative, I found my passion rooted not just in caring for animals, but in caring for the people who care for them.
With guidance, reflection, and a deep desire to serve, I shifted my focus to supporting veterinary professionals in finding balance, fulfillment, and sustainability in their work. My approach blends real-world experience with certifications in life coaching, Reiki, and yoga to support individuals and teams in a way that’s intentional and personalized.
I now live in western Colorado with my partner, our dogs, horses, and cat, and spend my days traveling the West, helping teams reconnect with their passion and redefine what it feels like to work in this field we love so much.
Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors, surrounded by animals, art, music, and community.
I’d be honored to support your team in building something grounded, vibrant, and sustainable.

We work hard, and our bodies show it.
Science says that 15 minutes of massage in the middle of your work day improves blood flow and brain function, creativity, and energy.
Why not offer this gift to your team for a new way to revitalize throughout the workday?
We offer chair or table massage, from 5 minutes to 60 minutes, and we come to you!
