Rest. Reconnect. Remember Who You Are

At Wild Pine, our retreats are an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply, and to rediscover what balance feels like.

Whether it’s through horses, healing nature, or heart-centered community, every experience is designed to restore, inspire, and bring you home to your wholeness.

Wild Pine Cabin Retreats

Your sanctuary in the pines

Tucked in the quiet wilds of western Colorado, the Wild Pine Cabin is a place where silence and story meet — where eagles soar, pines whisper, and the world finally slows down. Each stay can be purely restorative or intentionally guided with optional wellness and connection experiences.

Whether you come alone, with a partner, or as a group, your time here is an invitation to rest deeply, reconnect with what matters, and let the land work its quiet magic.

Retreat Styles:

  • Solo Restoration Retreat — For the soul that just needs stillness.

  • Couples Connection Retreat — Reconnect with presence and play.

  • Family Bonding Retreat — Unplug and rediscover joy together.

  • Team or Leadership Retreat — Reflect, reset, and reimagine your shared vision.

Stay for a weekend or linger for a week — each retreat is fully customizable, with the option to add holistic, body-and-soul experiences from our Wild Pine Spa Menu below.

Reiki + Energy Balancing
A grounding, heart-centered session to clear emotional heaviness and restore inner harmony.

Private Yoga, Breathwork, or meditation Session
Custom practice for your body and nervous system — slow, trauma-informed, and deeply replenishing.

Equine Connection Session
Meet the herd and experience the gentle wisdom of the horses through guided presence and reflection.

Sound Therapy
Let vibration move through the body as tuning forks, crystal bowls, chimes, and the sounds of nature bring the nervous system into calm alignment.

 Nature Rituals
Gentle, guided ceremonies honoring the elements — earth, water, fire, and air. These may include river blessings, grounding meditations, intention setting, cold plunges, or releasing practices.

Massage, Bodywork, Reflexology
Relaxation or deep tissue massage from one of our trusted local practitioners.

Sacred Fires: Drumming & Singing Circles
Gather under the stars for an evening of rhythm and release. Around the fire, we drum, sing, and share stories — honoring connection, community, and the spirit of the land.

Creative Crafts + Nature Art
Hands-on crafting inspired by the land — from herbal bundles and intention candles to nature collages and pine-needle art. Each project is designed to reconnect you with play, purpose, and creativity.

Kat Cheer Jump_edited.jpg

Meet Coach Kat

Kat Cheer Profile.jpg

Katherine started gymnastics when she was 5 and started cheering when she was 7. She began coaching gymnastics at the age of 16 and was a competitive cheerleader throughout middle school and high school. This built her path to becoming a Division 1 cheerleader at Charleston Southern University. There, she earned a CANAM national championship title and was awarded an MVP for 2010 CSU athletic awards. While in college, she continued coaching gymnastics and her own competitive team throughout, gaining vast experiences in every aspect of being both on teams and coaching them.

Poms and Ponies are both of her childhood dreams brought together. Through horses and cheer, she found how to express all sides of herself. The grit and the grace that it takes to show up whole heartedly in both of these very different worlds, offered her the ability to build this bridge for other little humans with the same sparks in their own hearts.

When asking Kat what she thinks the most valuable thing is that kids gain from the Poms and Ponies camp, she says, “I want to teach them true self empowerment, centered in love and honest support for one another. Cheerleading isn’t some exclusive club, the essence of cheerleading is the ability to LEAD. I want them to know how to do that with love in their hearts, both for themselves, and the others they are cheering for, both on the mat and on horseback.”
