Equine or Canine Reiki

A deeply calming, energetic, & balancing session for emotional regulation and trauma recovery.

This offering uses light touch or no-touch energy work to help animals soften into safety, release held tension, and regulate their emotional bodies. Ideal for sensitive, rescued, or reactive animals.

Science Behind It:
Studies on Reiki and biofield therapies show measurable reductions in heart rate, improvements in HRV (heart-rate variability), and increased relaxation responses in both animals and humans.

Offered indoors, outdoors, or in quiet pasture spaces.

Canine & Equine Massage

A gentle, intentional bodywork experience designed to support comfort, mobility, and emotional ease in both dogs and horses.

Each session is tailored to the animal in front of us—honoring their anatomy, history, and nervous-system needs.

For dogs, this may include myofascial release, Swedish-style strokes, and targeted pressure techniques to ease muscular tension, support aging joints, and invite emotional relaxation. Many pups experience deeper sleep, improved behavior, and a noticeable softening in both body and spirit.

For horses, sessions blend sports massage, fascial release, and muscular balancing to improve movement quality, reduce stiffness, and support overall performance or recovery. Horses often communicate their releases in real time—licking, chewing, yawning, lowering their head, or melting into a softer posture.

Science Behind It:
Research shows that therapeutic massage decreases cortisol (stress), increases oxytocin (bonding and emotional safety), improves circulation, and boosts lymphatic flow—supporting immune function, pain relief, and nervous-system regulation in animals of all ages.

Ideal For:
Senior and arthritic pets
• Nervous, anxious, or rescued animals
• Performance horses or active dogs
• Stiff, sensitive, or rehabilitating horses
• Any animal needing more comfort, mobility, or emotional balance

Emotional Support Companion Training

Training designed to help pets become grounding, emotionally attuned companions.

We focus on safety, confidence, self-regulation, and relationship-based communication. Pets learn skills such as settling, deep-pressure grounding, emotional attunement, and calm presence.

Science Behind It:
ESAs help reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and increase oxytocin for their guardians. Proper training ensures the animal is also regulated and supported—not overwhelmed.

Ideal for guardians seeking a deeper emotional bond and purposeful companionship.

Somatic Pet Support

Nervous-system–based support for anxious, reactive, or sensitive pets.

This session blends somatic touch, orienting, grounding, slow movement, and co-regulation techniques so animals can feel safe enough to settle. Guardians learn simple tools to continue the work at home.

Science Behind It:
Somatic techniques help re-pattern the vagus nerve, shift the animal out of fight-or-flight, and improve their window of tolerance—leading to more stable behavior and emotional resilience.

Perfect for dogs with anxiety, reactivity, trauma history, or difficulty settling.

Pet + Human Co-Regulation Session

A beautiful, shared session that supports both the guardian’s nervous system and their animal’s.

Through breathwork, grounding exercises, gentle somatic touch, and attunement techniques, both partners learn to regulate together. This is especially powerful for trauma survivors or those healing attachment wounds.

Science Behind It:
Co-regulation is the foundation of nervous-system health. When animals and humans sync their breathing and heart rhythms, both experience increased oxytocin and improved HRV.

Ideal for strengthening connection and building a deeply supportive bond.

AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification

Build your dog’s confidence, social manners, and readiness for emotional-support or therapy work.

This certification establishes a strong behavioral foundation using positive reinforcement and relationship-based training. Your dog works through the full CGC test with guidance, support, and confidence-building practices.

Why It Matters:
CGC is the first step toward therapy-dog status and is widely recognized as a marker of behavioral stability and emotional regulation.
